Community engagement, is simply:
“a partnership between higher education institutions and their larger communities.”

- Address societal issues through research, teaching, and service
- Enrich teaching and research activities of our faculty and staff by involving students in experiential learning and other high-impact practices
- Prepare students to become more informed and engaged citizens within their communities
